Our bouncy castles are commercial-grade and safe to use in light rain or showers.
If there is heavy & Constant rain, your booking will be cancelled free of charge for safety reasons.
Is It Safe ?

Yes. All our castles are made with thick, commercial-grade material.
We secure them with straps, weights, and commercial pegs to keep them stable and safe.
We also show you how to operate the castle and use it safely during the hire period.
How Long Does Setup Take?

• Setup: About 10 minutes (with easy access)
• Pack down: about 10-15 minutes, depending on the castle and access.
dOES it fit in My Space?

AS OUR CAstle measurements are approximated, We recommend sending us a photo of the area where you’d like the castle placed, so we can check if it will fit safely.
HOW DO I PAY?

We operate on a trust-based system and usually don’t require a deposit (except for large bookings).
You can pay by:
Online transfer on delivery
Cash on delivery
A GST receipt is provided.
Do You Need Power?

Yes. We need access to a power point.
We provide commercial-grade extension leads, and our equipment is safe for light rain.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead, as weekends fill up quickly.
